IrrigationMapPro provides irrigation asset mapping, maintenance documentation, and repair history management for homeowners associations and authorized users.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when using the IrrigationMapPro HOA mobile application and associated website.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use IrrigationMapPro, information may include:
- Account information, including email addresses, authentication information, and assigned user roles.
- HOA community information and authorized user associations.
- GPS coordinates used to identify and map irrigation assets.
- Irrigation asset information, including controllers, valves, zone numbers, equipment details, and notes.
- Maintenance and repair records, including repair descriptions, dates, and additional notes.

2. Location Information
IrrigationMapPro uses device location services to assist authorized users in identifying and mapping irrigation equipment.
GPS coordinates associated with saved irrigation assets may be stored in the application's database and made available to authorized users of the associated HOA community.
Location permissions can be managed through your device settings. Certain mapping functions may not operate as intended without location access.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used to:
- Authenticate users and manage account access.
- Display irrigation equipment on property maps.
- Maintain irrigation asset and repair histories.
- Support HOA administrators, managers, and technicians.
- Maintain application functionality, security, and reliability.

4. Data Storage and Service Providers
IrrigationMapPro uses Supabase for application authentication and cloud database services. Google Maps technology is used to provide mapping functionality.
These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services, subject to their applicable privacy policies and security practices.
IrrigationMapPro does not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Authorized Access
IrrigationMapPro uses role-based access for HOA Administrators, Managers, and Technicians. Community information is intended to be accessible only to authorized users associated with that community, according to their assigned permissions.
6. Data Security
IrrigationMapPro uses authentication, access controls, and third-party infrastructure security measures to help protect application data.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Account, community, asset, and maintenance information may be retained while needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Some deleted application records may be retained temporarily in a recovery or recycle-bin system before permanent deletion.
Users may request deletion of their account or associated personal information by contacting the privacy email below. Requests will be reviewed and processed subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate record-retention needs.
8. Children's Privacy
IrrigationMapPro is intended for authorized HOA and irrigation maintenance users, not children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as application features, service providers, or privacy practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
